1. Subscription
By registering as a Wuber carrier you agree to a recurring £5.99 monthly subscription charge. This charge is taken through the payment method you provide and gives you access to quote on jobs in your chosen service area. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
2. Job commission
For every job you complete through the Wuber platform, Wuber retains 8% of the gross amount paid by the customer. The remaining 92% is released to you once the customer confirms the collection and a valid waste transfer note has been uploaded.
3. Pricing
You decide what to charge for each collection. The customer sees your full quote and accepts it before any money is authorised. You may not add hidden fees after the quote is accepted unless the customer agrees to a material change in the job.
4. Legal requirements
You must keep your waste carrier registration and public liability insurance valid at all times. You must upload a waste transfer note for every collection so the customer has proof of legal disposal. Wuber may suspend your account if these documents expire or are found to be invalid.
5. Payments & payouts
Customer payments are held securely until the job is marked complete. Payouts are made to the bank account details you provide, less the 8% commission. You are responsible for your own tax, National Insurance, and any other obligations arising from work carried out through Wuber.
6. Accepting the terms
You must tick the box on the carrier sign-up screen to confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Wuber will not activate carrier features on your account without this acceptance.
